LEARNER DECISION
Fit, total cost, policy, and firewall precede any paid decision.

Boundary note: Education stands on its own. Enrollment, payment, scholarship status, and completion do not buy or guarantee assessment, network consideration, client review, work, employment, placement, income, or an immigration outcome.
Bring experience. Leave with a clearer method and better evidence.
The Academy is built for professionals who already know a role and want to make their delivery behavior more legible in demanding international-client settings.
A strong fit
You have substantive experience in technology delivery, analysis, project work, QA, integration, application support, engineering, or an adjacent role.
You can discuss real constraints and decisions without exposing confidential information.
You want practical artifacts, review criteria, and feedback rather than motivational career content.
You can learn, write, discuss, and submit work in English.
You understand that education and work selection are separate.
Probably not the right starting point
You need fundamentals for your first technology role.
You want a credential without doing the assessed work.
You are choosing a course because you expect it to secure client work or a financial result.
You need vendor-authorized exam preparation or a professional certification.
You cannot participate in English or use the published accessibility path for an equivalent format.
English-only delivery is a course format, not a nationality or accent test. Accessibility support removes barriers while preserving the relevant learning standard.

The free series
Ten standalone lessons teach the operating habits behind trustworthy delivery. Read them in sequence or use the lesson that solves today's problem.
What demanding clients buy.
Communication that builds trust.
Meetings and async work.
Estimation and missed commitments.
Definition of done, QA, and documentation.
Delivery tools in context.
Contracts, invoicing, and a U.S. counterparty.
Healthcare IT delivery context.
How The Rigors works.
Durable client relationships.
Every lesson includes a usable artifact. Reading the lesson does not require purchase. An optional signup may deliver an editable artifact or series update; signup is not an Academy admission or professional application.
Applied bootcamps
Five role-specific tracks deepen the same delivery standard through weekly artifacts, a capstone, and a scorable rubric:
Healthcare project management.
Healthcare business and systems analysis.
EHR application analysis.
Healthcare interoperability and FHIR.
Healthcare QA and testing.
Each track must publish fit, prerequisites, schedule and workload when real, weekly artifacts, capstone, assessment, support, accessibility, policies, and completion meaning before application. Public pricing is not listed; review the track and apply for pricing.
Make the work reviewable.
Learning becomes useful when another person can inspect the decision and the evidence. Academy artifacts therefore ask you to show:
the situation and intended outcome;
facts, assumptions, constraints, and unknowns;
the decision or recommendation and its owner;
the work product and acceptance criteria;
quality checks, limitations, and risk;
the next handoff, escalation, or review point; and
what can be reused without exposing someone else's confidential material.
Examples use calibrated or permissioned context. Never upload patient information, client secrets, production credentials, private source code, or material you do not have the right to share.
IT Modality Academy faculty own instruction, while principal and domain reviewers sign the feedback records that fall within their authority.
Review the leadership model Review operating disclosures
Three review clinics connect the curriculum to operating judgment
Guest sessions may be added only after a real topic, speaker, permission, date, delivery mode, accessibility plan, operating owner, and registration path are confirmed. Until then, there is no speaker card, date, countdown, registration form, waitlist, partner logo, or separate guest-session route.
When a session becomes real, this block must state what is confirmed, what the guest is responsible for, how to access it, and whether a recording will exist. A guest appearance does not imply endorsement, partnership, assessment preference, or client access.
Scholarship information appears only when the process and support are real.
Scholarship consideration is educational and discretionary. It never changes Rigors scoring, network consideration, or client selection. The scholarship route states current availability, criteria, decision owner, process, and limits without inventing a fund size, recipient story, deadline, or permanent discount.

Learning and work selection do not share a price tag.
The Rigors is a separate, free assessment. You do not need to buy Academy education to apply. Payment, scholarship status, enrollment, course performance, and completion are unavailable to Rigors scorers and are not used in assessment, network consideration, or client review.
Education does not buy or guarantee an assessment, readiness decision, network admission, client work, employment, placement, income, or a visa or immigration outcome. Passing The Rigors does not guarantee an engagement either.

Five practical answers
Are the free lessons complete or only previews?
Each lesson is designed to be useful on its own and includes the full method plus an artifact. Optional signup may provide an editable file or series update; it does not unlock the lesson itself.
Are the bootcamps for beginners?
No. They are applied tracks for experienced professionals with role-specific prerequisites. Each detail page states fit and not-fit before application.
Are courses live, recorded, or self-paced?
Each course page states its delivery mode, schedule, workload, support, assessment, and accessibility path. Free lessons are delivered on demand as written instruction with a practical working artifact.
What does completion mean?
Where a bootcamp issues a record, it is an IT Modality certificate of completion only. It is not professional, vendor, standards-body, HIPAA, or EHR certification and does not create work eligibility.
No public price is listed. Review the track and apply for pricing. Application is not admission and creates no work relationship.

After durable server receipt, route to /confirmation/newsletter-signup. The confirmation explains the real opt-in step without claiming that an unconfirmed address is subscribed. Validation, duplicate, throttled, offline, failure, and retry states use the shared exact system copy. If the form is not implemented, suppress this section; do not render a nonfunctional field or fake success state.
