The firewall is enforced in data and workflow

  • Academy payment, scholarship, enrollment, completion, grades, instructor relationships, and certificate records are excluded from Rigors merit views.

  • Entering The Rigors is free.

  • Academy lessons and checkout flows do not create assessment preference.

  • Rigors reviewers do not receive Academy commercial records.

  • Client shortlists use role evidence, engagement fit, availability, conflicts, and client approval—not education purchases.

Every path stands on its own

Academy participation, payment, scholarship status, completion, certificate, or performance does not guarantee assessment success, network entry, a client introduction, an engagement, employment, placement, income, visa support, or immigration assistance. Passing The Rigors also does not guarantee engagement volume or timing.

Challenge a boundary through a recorded route

Report a suspected firewall issue through The Rigors appeals process, Academy complaints, or hello@itmodality.com. The receiving owner records, routes, and resolves the issue without adding the complainant's Academy activity to a merit decision.
