Website terms

Use the site for its intended decisions

These terms govern the public IT Modality website. A consulting engagement, professional assessment, Academy enrollment, certificate, or portal workspace may carry additional terms that control that specific relationship.

CONTROL RECORD

A policy names its scope, evidence state, limit, and correction path.

  1. 01Scope
  2. 02Owner
  3. 03Evidence state
  4. 04Review / correct
A published policy does not become technical enforcement or external assurance by itself.

Do not interfere with people, systems, or evidence

You may browse, contact the firm, apply, learn, and use provided materials for their stated purpose. You may not attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious or unlawful material, misrepresent identity or authority, scrape protected workflows, disrupt service, or present IT Modality materials or certificates as credentials from another organization.

Permission follows the artifact

IT Modality owns or licenses the site, brand assets, course materials, operating methods, and original publications. A download, lesson, or certificate does not transfer ownership. Fair quotation and ordinary linking are welcome; commercial reuse, redistribution, or modification requires permission unless a specific artifact says otherwise.

Information is not a substitute for the responsible professional

Public content is general information, not legal, tax, clinical, accounting, investment, or regulatory advice. No page creates an engagement, guarantees an outcome, or authorizes access to a client or production system. The applicable written agreement controls paid work.

Ask before relying on an uncertain term

Send terms questions to hello@itmodality.com. We may update these terms as the site and operating services change; the current page carries the controlling publication date.
