Who is the Academy for?

The bootcamps are for experienced technology professionals who want applied practice in a defined healthcare technology role. Each track states its fit, prerequisites, schedule, workload, artifacts, assessment, support, and completion requirements.

The public series is open learning and can be used independently without applying or buying a course.

Is the Academy suitable for a beginner in technology?

The bootcamps are not general introductions to computing, office tools, project work, analysis, engineering, or testing. A learner should already have the professional foundation named by the track. The free series is a better first route when someone wants to inspect the delivery concepts before choosing deeper practice.

Do I need healthcare experience?

Not for every track in the same way. Adjacent experience in delivery, analysis, applications, integration, data, quality, or operations can be relevant. The track page explains which foundation is required and where healthcare context is taught rather than assumed.

What language is used?

Instruction, discussion, artifacts, feedback, and assessment are in English. The standard is effective professional communication, not a particular accent or native-speaker identity. Accessibility adjustments can change format while preserving the course criterion.

Programs, schedule, and support

Which bootcamps are offered?

The current catalog contains:

1. Healthcare IT Project Manager;

2. Healthcare Business and Systems Analyst;

3. EHR Application Analyst;

4. Healthcare Integration and Interoperability; and

5. Healthcare QA and Testing.

Course IDs, lesson titles, run sheets, assessment versions, cohort records, and certificate definitions remain synchronized with catalog version 1.0.

When is the next cohort window?

The five fall cohorts run between September and November 2026. Exact dates are:

• Healthcare QA and Testing: September 14–October 26;

• Healthcare IT Project Manager: September 15–October 27;

• Healthcare Business and Systems Analyst: September 16–November 4;

• EHR Application Analyst: September 17–November 5; and

• Healthcare Integration and Interoperability: September 19–November 7.

Each course page owns its weekday, time, time zone, workload, delivery mode, and support record.

How long and intensive are the bootcamps?

The tracks run seven or eight weeks. Four tracks require about 6–8 hours each week; the interoperability track requires about 7–9. That estimate includes live studio time, individual practice, artifact revision, and asynchronous feedback.

Are sessions live, recorded, or self-paced?

Bootcamps use a live online studio, recorded review segments, individual practice, and asynchronous feedback. Recordings support review; they do not automatically replace participation or assessed work required by a track.

The free series is independently accessible and does not require bootcamp enrollment.

What feedback and support are included?

Each fall bootcamp includes a weekly office hour, written rubric feedback, one structured resubmission window, and accessibility coordination. The course page names the accountable faculty and domain-review model.

Support does not imply continuous access or an immediate-response service level. Enrolled learners use the protected learning and support routes attached to their cohort.

Are guest speakers required for the course to be complete?

No. Each cohort includes three role-based review clinics covering architecture and delivery, domain and workflow, and finance and operating controls. The accountable reviewer and purpose appear in the cohort calendar; the curriculum does not depend on celebrity or employer endorsement.

Application, admission, and tuition

How do I apply?

Review a complete track page, then use the Academy application. It asks for the selected track and cohort preference, relevant experience, current role, learning goal, motivation, sustainable weekly capacity, English-delivery acknowledgment, optional scholarship consideration, optional accessibility routing, and required policy acknowledgments.

Do not submit patient information, protected health information, confidential employer or client material, credentials, identity documents, bank details, tax records, or production data.

What does an application receipt mean?

It means the server accepted and stored the Academy application. It is not admission, a reserved seat, a tuition agreement, enrollment, completion, a certificate, assessment access, network consideration, or work.

Directly loading a confirmation URL does not create or prove a submission.

Is there an application fee?

No payment is collected with the application.

How much does a bootcamp cost?

Accepted learners receive the complete tuition, taxes, payment schedule, currency, payment method, required technology or materials, cancellation, deferral, refund, and other total-cost terms before enrollment. Public catalog pages do not display a generic rate because the enrollment record owns the applicable offer.

Does applying reserve a place?

No. Cohort preference, application receipt, admissions conversation, or scholarship request is not a reservation. The admission notice and enrollment terms state whether a place is offered and which action confirms it.

Artifacts, assessment, and completion

What will I produce?

Every track uses weekly role-specific artifacts and a capstone another person can inspect. Depending on the course, these can include decision maps, delivery plans, workflow and requirements records, configuration and release briefs, interface and mapping specifications, test and defect evidence, acceptance packs, and handoff records.

Coursework uses original controlled scenarios and course-hosted data. Learners do not use patient, employer, client, privileged, or production material.

How is work assessed?

The course page publishes observable rubric criteria, scale, assessor responsibility, feedback path, completion threshold, and resubmission rule. The original submission, feedback, revision, assessor, and final disposition remain attributable.

Among the 205 completers in the current outcome register, 183 met the capstone threshold on the initial submission and 22 through the documented resubmission path.

What is the Academy operating record?

Through May 31, 2026, the Academy records 18 completed bootcamp cohorts, 253 enrolled learners, 205 completions, and 197 issued completion certificates. The outcomes register publishes program breakdowns, definitions, denominators, learner feedback, corrections, revocation, and complaints.

What credential does a completer receive?

After a learner satisfies the published requirements and the eligibility record is approved, IT Modality may issue a verifiable certificate of completion naming the course, completion date, definition version, and issue ID.

The certificate records learning completion only. It is not a professional, standards-body, vendor, product, HIPAA, PMI, HL7, Epic, employment, placement, Rigors, or work credential.

Can a certificate be corrected or revoked?

Yes. A correction creates a new issue that supersedes the original. Revocation preserves the issue, status, reason, and audit history. Through May 31, 2026, the register records 4 corrections and 1 revocation.

Standards, vendors, and production authority

Is the project-management track PMI approved or PMP preparation?

No. The curriculum can use appropriately attributed public project-management sources, but IT Modality is independent of PMI. The course is not presented as PMI-approved, an Authorized Training Partner offering, PMP preparation, or a source of accepted professional-development units.

Is the interoperability track an HL7 or FHIR certification course?

No. The course teaches version-aware application of the FHIR R4 specification in controlled scenarios. IT Modality is independent of HL7 International and does not issue an HL7 or FHIR credential.

Does the EHR track provide Epic or another vendor certification?

No. The track develops EHR ecosystem fluency without claiming Epic, Oracle Health, MEDITECH, or another vendor's sponsorship, authorization, environment access, training, credential, or certification.

Is an Academy course HIPAA certification?

No. IT Modality does not claim that HIPAA provides a universal course certification. Healthcare delivery content can teach HIPAA-trained, BAA-ready processes and minimum-necessary design; coursework never authorizes access to protected health information or a production environment.

Faculty, scholarships, accessibility, and policy

Who teaches and reviews the work?

Academy faculty facilitate each studio; named senior delivery specialists and qualified domain reviewers challenge artifacts within their authority. Every feedback record identifies the reviewer, rubric, version, disposition, and required next action.

Course pages publish the accountable faculty and review model. A reviewer does not confer clinical, legal, vendor, employment, or work-selection authority.

Are scholarships available?

The September–November 2026 cohort window includes access awards across all five tracks. Applicants request consideration within the same Academy application by August 21, 2026. Admission and scholarship decisions remain separate, and no payment is required before a scholarship decision.

Scholarship data stays inside Academy admissions and is unavailable to Rigors and client-selection roles.

Can I request an accessibility adjustment?

Yes. The application and accessibility route allow a learner to describe the barrier and useful adjustment without placing a diagnosis in a public form. The Academy works toward an equivalent way to participate and demonstrate the same criterion.

What if the schedule, delivery, cost, assessment, or support changes?

The material-change policy defines notice, effective date, impact, learner choice, deferral, cancellation, refund, teach-out, record, and correction handling. Offer-specific terms shown before enrollment govern the applicable values.

How do I raise a complaint or assessment challenge?

Use the Academy complaint route for inaccurate offer or cost information, access or accessibility problems, delivery or support failure, privacy concerns, instructor conduct, discrimination or retaliation, assessment inconsistency, material change, refund dispute, or certificate-record error.

The record receives an owner and conflict check. A materially implicated person does not close it alone.

How is Academy information used?

Application, cohort, scholarship, payment, learning, assessment, support, and certificate records are available only to authorized Academy and administrative roles for their stated purpose. The privacy notice gives the record-class retention, correction, deletion, and exception paths.

Does Academy participation affect The Rigors or work?

No. Application, admission, scholarship, payment, enrollment, performance, completion, feedback, and certificates do not buy or improve Rigors assessment, network readiness, shortlist inclusion, client review, an engagement, employment, placement, income, or immigration outcomes.

Academy records are unavailable to Rigors assessors and client-selection roles.
