Public ready: Render the exact approved text with its scope, owner, effective date, last-reviewed date, and next-review date. A public-ready status applies only to the listed wording and surfaces.

Expired: Remove the fact and every dependent body, metadata, schema, image-text, and cached occurrence in the same release. Render the recorded lower-risk fallback and mark the registry “Review required.”

Withdrawn or corrected: Remove or replace the affected wording, retain an internal audit record, and publish a correction note only when the prior public statement materially affected readers. Do not expose privileged advice or private evidence.
