A learner may report inaccurate offer or cost information, access or accessibility problems, delivery or support failure, privacy/data concerns, instructor conduct, discrimination or retaliation, assessment inconsistency, scoring or attribution error, material program change, cancellation/refund dispute, certificate-record error, or another stated policy concern.
The record identifies the program, issue, date, claimed defect, safe supporting evidence, requested correction, assigned owner, conflicts, status, decision, communication, and any systemic action. A person materially implicated does not close the concern alone. Original assessment and certificate records remain intact; approved corrections are appended with authority and date.
A learner can identify the assessment, criterion, version, evidence, and claimed error. A qualified reviewer who did not make the challenged decision reviews the applicable rubric and record. Possible dispositions include uphold, correct a record or score, repeat a materially defective assessment under defined conditions, or close the request with a reason.
Academy operations acknowledges a complaint within two business days, assigns an owner outside the challenged decision when required, and records the review path. The applicable program terms govern refunds, corrections, certificate action, and external routes; this process does not limit any mandatory right.
