Every status names the standard version, role family, decision date, evidence record, limitations, reviewer, and next review condition.

Statuses

| In review | Required evidence is being evaluated. | Complete the assigned review path. |
| Process review | Conflict, integrity, accessibility, or procedure must be resolved first. | Independent process decision. |
| Ready | Evidence supports proposal for suitable work, subject to current client review. | Maintain profile and evidence currency. |
| Ready with bounded development | A named support or development condition remains. | Complete or manage the condition. |
| Development path | Material evidence gaps prevent ready status. | Build stronger evidence and re-enter when eligible. |
| Inactive | The person is not currently available or the record has aged beyond its review condition. | Refresh availability and evidence. |
| Withdrawn | The professional ended the process or status. | Reapply under the current standard if desired. |
| Closed | The record cannot continue under the current application. | Review the recorded reason and applicable appeal path. |
Client interest, Academy enrollment, payment, and commercial rate do not silently change status.
