Independence and funding
Revenue does not purchase an assessment decision.
IT Modality earns revenue through consulting, managed delivery, and Academy programs. Those activities share a brand and operating standards, but they do not share decision rights where independence matters.

What remains separate
Buying education does not improve a Rigors result or create engagement priority.
A client request does not erase assessment evidence or assessor conflicts.
An engagement decision does not require Academy enrollment.
Scholarship decisions do not use work-selection data.
Marketing consent is not a condition of assessment, support, or delivery.
The Rigors is free to enter. Engagement selection remains work-specific, client-reviewed, and never guaranteed.
