Academy operating record
Learning outcomes with denominators.
IT Modality Academy has operated applied learning programs since 2021. This register covers completed facilitated bootcamp cohorts through May 31, 2026; the current summer cohort and fall 2026 application window are excluded until their records close.

| Measure | Record | Definition |
|---|---|---|
| Completed cohorts | 18 | A scheduled facilitated cohort with its delivery, assessment, support, and closeout records complete |
| Learners enrolled | 253 | Learners who accepted enrollment and entered the cohort record |
| Learners completed | 205 | Learners who met the course attendance, artifact, assessment, and capstone requirements |
| Completion rate | 81.0% | 205 completed divided by 253 enrolled |
| Certificates issued | 197 | Completion certificates issued after an eligibility check; not all completers requested or cleared issuance by period close |
| Favorable learner responses | 174 of 188 · 92.6% | Respondents selecting one of the two favorable options on the standard end-of-cohort learning-value question |
The response rate uses 188 survey respondents over 205 completers. Non-response is not counted as favorable.

Completion requires assessed work, not attendance alone.
Every bootcamp uses weekly applied artifacts, rubric-based feedback, and a role-specific capstone. Among the 205 completers in this register:
183 met the capstone threshold on the initial assessed submission; and
22 met it through the documented resubmission path.
The threshold is tied to the course version and published rubric. A resubmission preserves the original evidence, feedback, revised artifact, assessor, and final disposition.
Completion does not mean the learner is licensed, vendor-certified, authorized for a production environment, ready for every organization, or entitled to pass The Rigors.
Certificate records remain verifiable and correctable.
The register includes 197 issued completion certificates, 4 superseding corrections, and 1 revocation through May 31, 2026.
Each issue snapshots the learner name, course title, completion date, definition version, template version, eligibility evidence reference, approvers, and artifact hash. A correction creates a replacement and marks the original superseded; a revocation preserves the record and reason rather than deleting history.
Certificates record completion of the named learning requirements. They are not professional, standards-body, vendor, product, HIPAA, employment, placement, Rigors, or work credentials.
Learner feedback is not a testimonial substitute.
The favorable-response measure comes from the standard end-of-cohort question and is published with its response denominator. It does not mean every learner responded, every course experience was favorable, or the program caused an employment or income result.
Course retrospectives also track recurring comments about workload, instructions, feedback usefulness, accessibility, technology, and support. Corrections to curriculum or operations are versioned rather than quietly rewriting the historical record.
Complaints remain part of the outcome record.
Across completed cohorts, the Academy recorded 6 learner complaints or formal assessment challenges: 5 resolved and 1 under independent review at the record date.
The current review concerns whether feedback and the applicable rubric version were sufficiently clear before a resubmission. No private learner, instructor, assessment, payment, or accessibility information is published here.

What this register does not measure
Academy records do not measure or claim job placement, employer hiring, salary, income, client work, network admission, Rigors readiness, visa results, or immigration outcomes.
That boundary is structural, not merely editorial. Academy application, scholarship, payment, enrollment, performance, completion, feedback, and certificate records are unavailable to Rigors assessors and client-selection roles.
