The offer-specific terms state how to cancel, the effective date, which paid amounts are refundable or nonrefundable, how any prorating is calculated, which required third-party costs cannot be recovered, when an approved refund is initiated, and what happens to access, artifacts, assessment, and certificate eligibility. Terms are visible before payment and are not changed retroactively without an applicable learner choice.

A material change includes a change that could reasonably alter the decision to enroll: dates, time zone, delivery mode, workload, prerequisites, instructor model, required technology, total cost, assessment, completion, certificate meaning, support, accessibility, privacy/data use, or cancellation/refund terms. The learner receives the change, reason, effective date, impact, and available choice before it takes effect where practicable.

If IT Modality cannot deliver the approved program, the responsible owner assesses completion through an equivalent approved path, transfer to a later equivalent offering with informed learner choice, delivery of completed artifacts and records, or an offer-specific refund under the published terms. A teach-out does not invent a third-party substitute, certificate, job, or work outcome.

Enrollment, payment, policy version, notices, choices, attendance, assessment, certificate, refunds, complaints, and corrections remain attributable. The learner can request review of an inaccurate record through the complaint path. Mandatory rights under applicable law are not waived by this public framework.

Paid Applications are reviewed through the published intake route. No public countdown, scarcity, seat cap, or refund promise appears before those facts exist.
