The evidence record governs the assessment.
No applicant, client, commercial owner, recruiter, Academy operator, donor, partner, or other person may buy, direct, promise, negotiate, retaliate over, or override a Rigors result. No professional pays to apply, be assessed, or receive a disposition. Academy payment, scholarship status, enrollment, performance, and completion are excluded from scorer views and decisions.
An assessor may not use client demand, revenue opportunity, staffing urgency, target pass rates, or personal familiarity to change the evidence standard.
Declare before viewing evidence.
A reviewer declares any current or recent training, supervision, commercial, client, family, personal, financial, competitive, or other relationship that could reasonably affect—or appear to affect—the review. The governance owner decides recusal, restriction, second review, or documented no-conflict disposition before applicant evidence is released.
An assessor cannot score a person they trained for the same instrument. A commercial owner cannot make the assessment decision. The system must prevent a recused reviewer from opening, scoring, exporting, or commenting on the protected record.
Empty is honest; missing is not.
The recusal register records the conflict category, decision owner, disposition, reassignment, access removal, dates, and audit references without publishing applicant or reviewer personal data.
The Rigors is modeled on the structure of ISO/IEC 17024, the international standard for bodies that certify persons. IT Modality is not accredited to it and does not claim to be.
An applicant or reviewer may raise an impartiality concern through the assessment contact path. The concern is kept separate from the original scoring view, assigned to someone without the stated conflict, and retained with the disposition. Do not send confidential client records, patient information, passwords, or production data.
