Learner Protection and Total Cost

For a paid program, the enrollment surface will state tuition, deposits, taxes if applicable, required materials or software, exam or certificate charges, payment-provider charges, currency, FX handling, transfer fees, refundability, payment schedule, and any other required learner cost. Optional items are labeled optional. No current price or total is published because no paid offering is approved.

The public free series requires no Academy payment. Access to free learning does not require a purchase and does not affect The Rigors or client selection.

Every program states the skills, artifacts, assessment, support, and completion requirements it actually provides. Academy participation does not buy or guarantee a Rigors result, network eligibility, client review, engagement, employment, placement, work volume, income, salary, or immigration outcome.

Before commitment, a learner sees the schedule and time zone, live/recorded/self-paced mix, attendance rule, workload, prerequisites, accessibility route, instructor state, feedback and support, assessment method, artifact and certificate meaning, technology requirements, privacy/data handling, cancellation/refund/material-change policy, complaint path, and what happens if delivery cannot continue.

Learner records are used for education delivery, support, assessment, certificates, required administration, and approved communication under the applicable notice. Academy commercial and learning records are separated from Rigors merit views. A learner can ask for access, correction, or deletion subject to the stated record and legal requirements.
